• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, Russian and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and an elevator.

  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.

  No, they do not.

  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and there is no extra charge.

  No, there is not.

  Private parking nearby.

  Near the Hotel.

  Ciampino and Fiumicino ariports are both about 25-30 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. We offer a private shuttle service from/to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports (on extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Cavour 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station. It is 3 kilometers far from the hotel and can be easily reached by bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Spanish Steps, 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
