• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is quoted per apartment (2 people).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The rate does not include electricity.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance has to be paid 15 days before arrival day or upon arrival by cash, together with a security deposit that is returned to you at the end of the rental if there are no damages in the apartment.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only apartment "Attico" has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have smoking and non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartments have TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the aparments are air conditioning provided.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All the apartments have a private kitchen corner and a dining area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are several Internet points nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place is at Termini Railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Cavour (100 mts from our apartments).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (1,5 km from our apartments).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Cavour" stop (100 mts from our apartments).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we could give you lots of suggestions around the district.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
