• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we accept the credit cards only to confirm the booking. The balance is due only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  Termini railway station for international connections, Prenestina station for local trains.
