  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full continental breakfast is included in the price.Breafast is served from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a wide roof terrace at our guests' disposal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is equipped with TV with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  No, there is not, but there is a good fitness center nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we can suggest you a lot of good restaurants located in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
