We were also given a map with popular sites and several restaurant recommendations nearby. ... Very close to Vatican City, and extremely convenient to the Metro which can take you to almost all of the top sites in Rome. ... It was very comfortable, clean, and convenient but my only warning would be that in Europe and Italy especially the amount of hot water available for showers is much less than we are accustomed to in the US. Expect to take short showers or wait for the water to reheat.

Very nice guy welcomed us. ... Very nice, clean place. Recently renovated. A little small, but nice overall. Very small water heater caused hot water to run out fast.

Breakfast was a bit basic with no facility for hot food (not even toast). Slightly disappointing but we know the italians don't go big on breakfast. ... Really kind offer to look after our bags if needed. ... Great location, B&B a bit dark and needed airing, super friendly staff.
