• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors and we have one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  1 room only has terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  2 rooms only have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite tv + in house pay movies

  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.

  We have a agreement with private garage with pick-up delivery service or public parking in front of the hotel.

  About 30 km. from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No shuttle but private service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  150 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  300 m. Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  50 mt. from the hotel, Vittorio Emanuele stop line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
