• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11am until 10pm (Please inform us in advance about your arrival time in order to avoid useless waits)
  Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included and it is a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill must be settled on arrival according to the rules of the house.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are charming and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The B&B provides linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a colour television in the rooms but there are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included in the price and it functions during all the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have it in the property, but there is one at a distance of 30 m.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes,there is one nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at AVIS, Via della Giuliana 25, or at Europcar, Via Cipro 83.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Leonardo da Vinci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  I do not have but I can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus stop is just in front of the B&B, in Via Angelo Emo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are two railway stations easily reachable: Termini station and Trastevere station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is at 150 meters from the B&B and the station is: Cipro-Musei Vaticani.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
