Slight misunderstanding about room booked when we arrived. I had e mailed specifically asking for a double bed and bath in the en suite as i am pregnant. When we arrived we had two singles and a shower. This was however quickly rectified, the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful and we were immediately given a change of room with the double bed and bath in the en-suite.

Very clean and tidy, spacious room, low level of noise and in ideal location. Staff are excellent and continental breakfast was lovely. Good value for money. Alot of the hotels in rome are overpriced, this is not and is definatley worth staying here. I have no complaint whatsoever. This hotel is great and i would definately stay again.

situation is perfect near the rail station, metro and center of Rome, simply but not so exspensive hotel.

I thought the hotel was extremly clean. The sheets and towels were changed each day.I will definetly stay there again when I visit Rome.

1. One of the rooms we stayed is not as good as we expected as seen on the website. We had 4 nights there and only the room for the last night was fine; the room in previous 3 nights was not satisfying because of the bathroom n the lights: no shower curtain so the floor gets wet and the room feels dark.
2. We needed hot water but the hotel could not provide or help.
3. Very keen and nice staff, impressed indeed. Particular one of the young ones, very enthusiastic and kind to help.

Good location and nice helpful staff. Regarding money, it is indeed a good and economic choice for low budget travellers.

The accommodation was as specified but the quality of rooms was generally poor and the hot water supply was variable. Two of the rooms had to be changed because of defects that could not be sorted quickly

We requested help from the receptionist to book a dinner table for a specific restaurant for our party. He only seemed interested in saying we should go to the hotel recommended by Altavilla. We still asked him to book us in. He failed to do this and did not inform anyone that there was a problem. We then had quite a bit of difficulty finding a good restaurant for 12 people at short notice on a Saturday night!

The vehicle transport to/ from the airport arranged by the hotel was very efficient and reasonbly priced

Good location for access to Rome's interesting sites. The rooms are of a variable quality but are kept clean. No need to get up especially for Beakfast as you won't miss much!

We will definitely stay again. Very convenient to the Termini train station, local bus connections, and main attractions.

Book a room in the back of the hotel for a quiet room. Front of the building rooms encounter the noise from the streets and late night restaurants. We had a room in the back, and was completely quiet. A very important feature when flying from overseas and needing a good solid rest.

We did recommend to several others, who have booked reservations.
Quiet, convenient, helpful, very nice staff, clean and comfortable.

1.The hotel hasn't any assistance staff during the afternoon and night hours, so in case of any problem concerning the pacilities of the room there wasn't any staff to help!
2. The staff at the reception desk gave us different information about the services of the hotel, such as the possibility to have coffe/breakfast in the morning we check out before the usual service time.

room did not but they changed us quickly to
one that did.
