Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Transfers are not included; details are on request. Use of the Internet Point is not included; prepaid cards are available at the reception. Air conditioning is available on request and costs EUR 5 per day.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of late cancellation or no show 1 night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
