• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.00am until 8.00pm, Check Out before 11.00am.
  There is no curfew at Casale Altavilla b&b: guests will be provided with a key of the house. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room with 2 people.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we kindly ask to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are just two floors and we do not have or need an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes and the Suite is very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all rooms overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but all rooms overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking but for our smoking guest ashtrays have been provided in the veranda, garden and living room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have local TV in every room and satellite TV in the living room available during the day.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and it is included in the price all year long.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on request in the office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a private swimming pool is available from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is free parking place inside the property on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby the house there is an AVIS car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport is at 20 minutes by car and Ciampino Airport at 40 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a pick-up service available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at the exit of the Casale and in 15 min. it leads directly to St.Peter's and the historical centre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cornelia underground stop and it is at 5 bus stops away from the house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but there is a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the bathroom of the Suite.
• Are pets welcome?
  No as owner's dogs are in the property.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but few metres from the house there is a good choise of local restaurants and pizzerias.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
