  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm - an appointment must be made (Guests can arrive at 8 am to leave the luggage and take the keys), Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A continental breakfast is included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The rooms are at the second floor and we do not have the lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only one room on the back side.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, because all rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is, but without international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is at no extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do have not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, it is not available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the reception or at the station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Leonardo da Vinci.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do on request at an extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    100 metres (2 mins).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini station (10 mins by taxi or bus).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Ottaviano Station or Termini Station or Spagna (10 mins).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry they are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
