• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in 12:30 pm.
  Check-out 10:30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per rooms and it depends on how many people are in there. For single occupance the prices are the same of the double room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, an italian breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, in fact the is the way we work. You should pay for your stay in cash when you get your keys.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and a little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the first floor and there is an elevator but there is a stair case to get here anyway so unfortunatly is not good for disabled people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very private and romantic. Please let us know if it's your anniversary or honeymoon.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we change it every four days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but some of our rooms have a beautiful view over Via Veneto.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have regular TV set in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for that.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have it but there are a lot of public ones in the neibourhood.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  no but there are two public pay parking areas really close to our property
• Where can we rent a car?
  Europe car's office is right in front of us and we also have an agreement to get you some discount.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino and Ciampino airport are avout 25/30 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have it. From the airport in a Mercedes Limo, up to four people, extra charge, one way.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters from our property there are 8 different bus stops. The 116 and 119 are the best ones if you want to go around the city Centre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Central one, Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  You can use line A and the closest stops are either Barberini or Spagna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, unfortunatly not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
