We were VERY appreciative that Giancarlo
waited at the apartment for our arrival. We
had some difficulty with our credit card that
caused us to arrive an hour late and his help
was wonderful.

We hope that the problem with the air
conditioner gets fixed, because on weekend
nights the street noise can be rather loud and
we could not close the windows due to the
heat; however, everything else was fine.

Giancarlo, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and then was waiting for us at the apartment even though our plane was delayed. He also recommended and booked a local restaurant for us.

The owner was very accommodating regarding our departure. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment and pick them up later in the afternoon before our flights.

Mr. Ricciardelli waited for us at the apartment. He was very kind, he gave us some directions and recommendations for good restaurants.

Mr. Giancarlo was very kind and helpful, he arranged a transport from and to the airport.
On the check out day of we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment until late afternoon.

apartment.Gioncarlo, the owner, was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
The apartment was perfect for our family of
5. We were very happy to have a kitchen and a
washing machine to use.
The apartment is very well located to all the
attraction. The only issue was the noise
level in the evening was a little unpleasant.
People on the streets party pretty late in
Rome. Other than that, everything was
wonderful.

The apartment is pretty spacious and is ideal
for a family. The building has a lift and
feels very secure. The bed was comfortable but
could use some new pillows. We felt like it
was a good homebase for our visit in Rome.

Everything is walking distance from the apartment.

At night there is noise from the street, but as anywhere in the heart of the city. TV has only 1 italian channel whith a bad picture, for the price it would be normal to have some channels.
