  The price is per apartment.

  No, there is not breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  There is no reception but the person who gives the keys speaks Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the third floor of a building of 5 and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quie and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, the linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have no terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are 2 televisions in the bedrooms froom which one has satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no phone in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no airconditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common table of 200 x 85 cm to accomodate up to 8 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a Free Internet point in the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  At 300 m, there is a paying paarking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may ask us to advise you.There are all less than 500meters from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Roma Ciampino is the closest aiport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, it ispossible to organize on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza San Silvestro is at 40 m from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Termini is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piazza di Spagna is at 300 m. You have to cross piazza di Spagna, then take via di Propaganda e Via della Mercede
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, animals are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property but we are in the center of Rome.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We do have an Internet Wifi connection.
