• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  American buffet breakfast, that will be served in the terrace during summer, is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Arab.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floor and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino), free shuttle bus pick-up and trop off a schedule time (08.00-10.00-12.00-14.00) every day except on Sunday.
  From Ciampino Airport can be arranged on request (extra charge). Rates depend on the number of people.

  Via Candia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano or Cipro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size animals on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for groups.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
