- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room per night and include tax, service, air-conditioning and breakfast. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We offer a wonderful buffet with fresh pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, bacon with eggs (on request), butter and marmalade. Freshly brewed coffe, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea and fresh fruit juices will also be served by our staff. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating and air-conditioning are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, Spanish and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has five floors and there is a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all of our rooms are quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide linens and towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, the rooms do not have a terrace but there is a common one where you can hang out and enjoy a refreshing drink. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some rooms do have balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Our establishment is 100% non smoking. However, it is still possible to smoke on the terrace. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes,all of our rooms have a TV with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All of our rooms are provided with a mobile phone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All of our rooms have air-conditioning and it is included in the price of the room. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, we do have a dinning room and is even possible to dine on the terrace or in the breakfast room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we provide free high-speed wi-fi access to the Internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking garage two blocks away. - Where can we rent a car?
You can easely rent a car from the airport or from the central train station Termini. - Which is the nearest airport?
Both Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airports are equally far and easily accessible from our property. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We offer shuttle pick-up to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of the people and the amount of luggage. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is just two blocks away, on Via Appia Nuova. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest train station is Termini, four metro stops away or about 25 minutes walk away. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
We are in between to metro stops, one minute walk from the metro line "A" Re di Roma or 3 minutes from metro line "A" San Giovanni. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not but there is a gym two blocks away from our B&B. At the B&B we offer some spa services such as therapeutic massage in your room, and manicure/pedicure, upon reservation. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but for special occasions we can organize on request a culinary treat of Roman cusine in our dining room. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
