driver was at the airport to meet us on arrival The taxi was of an excellent standard and we were taken right to the door of Allibert terrace. A repesentative of the owner was there to greet us and show us the apartment and explain everything The arrival experience was very good

Yes the property was well described and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay My only comment would be that the web site should make it clear that there are over 70 steps from the entrance hall to the roof terrace as anyone with mobility problems would have difficulty in managing in the house. The website advises there is no lift but the reader would not realise just how high the building is. Other than that the accommodation was excellent, well furnished, clean and an excellent central location I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone

wE JUST LEFT OUR KEYS AND CLOSED THE DOOR oUR DRIVER WAS PROMPT ON ARRIVAL TO TAKE US TO THE AIRPORT ABSOLUTELY NO PROBELMS
...
Just the stairs as mentioned before so people with mobility problems do not book it

We organised the transfer from the airport to the acconmodation through you and this worked very well
...
One of the double bedrooms was very small and it was therefore difficult to access/use the drawers. The traffic early morning was very heavy and noisy and it is worth warning people of this (a shock on the first day)
...
Staff were very helpful
...
The traffic should be mentioned. On arrival, it appeared to be situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in fact it was on a very busy street. Early monring traffic particularly noisy
...
Well positioned. More expensive than a hotel but offering more flexibility. A fabulous roof top terrace/garden.

It migth be that it should be noted that there is a school at the end of Via Alibert. In the morning between 730 and 815 there was at least at 1. floor a lot of noice. Else it was very quiet, but we missed to sleep in the morning.

We forgot a Passport and it was send home. Very fine.

The two white arm chairs ´from IKEA in the living room was wrong assempled. So they were not so comfortable. Turn the the frame of the 2 seats upsite down and they will be much more peasent to seat in.

I will recommended to friends

The accommodations were excellent. The stairs certainly provided quite a workout. The kitchen was well equiped for a good start up, which was very helpful. The location excellent. Very clean and the furniture was better than expected. We would certainly recommend this place as well as return for a visit.

The one comment I would suggest is to point out clearly that the floors although stating five floors, are actually more from a North American stand point. One flight of stairs (one floor) is usually 14 steps in North America. It could be a surprise for a first time European traveller if not prepared for the climb from one floor to another, which is more than the 14 steps that they are used too. All in all, a wonderful apartment. It was very nice to have a terrace in the middle of down town Rome.

Easy and simple.
Robert D'Anna and family.
...
Just the stairs.
...
All positive and one of the best locations for being in the heart of downtown Rome.
