• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8.30am until 8.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, depending on occupancy (4/6/8 people).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  There is an extra cost for electricity and heating (from November to April).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be settled 15 days before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Five floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a nice terrace at the level of the sitting room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. There is an extra charge for air-conditioning (from June to September). Please ask us for daily fees.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a pay-to-park public parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a rental car office near our apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport. The service is on demand and price will be regulated from the number of guests.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza di Spagna, a few metres from the Alibert Terrace.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Spagna, a few meters from our apartment. Exit Spagna metro station and take via del Babuino. Via Alibert is the second street on the right.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a self catering service, with a very well equipped kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
