• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can arrange payment at your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 6 floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the quietest rooms are in the hotel's backside, the romantic rooms are everywhere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a Penthouse Suite with a very large terrace overlooking the city center.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only three Deluxe Rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV color.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in all the rooms (included in the room rate).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet cafè at 5 minutes walk (Barberini Square).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking near the hotel with a daily rate and there is an agreement with a garage (rates are per day and includes pick-up service).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rent a car companies around the hotel like Hertz, Avis, Europcar.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Either Ciampino (CIA) 25 kms. or Fiumicino/Da Vinci (FCO) 35 kms. (both are 1/2 hour by car).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do: rates on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Main Station: about 10 minutes from the hotel (2 underground stops).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Just outside the hotel: Barberini Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. But there is one nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but they do not have to go in the public areas such us restaurant, etc.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is the Alex Cafè (our property but it is run by a third person): 15% discount for all our Guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes but we better know it in advance.
