• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with the elevator and one by foot.

  Yes, all of them are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are all included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, every room has a private terrace.

  Yes, some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, there are Parking Ludovisi and Parking Villa Borghese, both on request and for an extra charge.

  You may rent a car just a few blocks away from there.

  Ciampino and Fiumicino are the closest airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes with a request at least 24 hours before the arrival and for an extra charge.

  Via Veneto/ Buoncompagni is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
