• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are room, per night.
  The price excluding 10% Vat tax.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Buffet Breakfast or Continental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quiet and very romantic elegant, rich fabrics upholster and dress every window, chair, and bed distinctly, creating a sense of home.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room is provided with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our outdoor swimming pool is open daily from May to October - weather permitting. Free access for our guests.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 40 Km, about 1 hour with public transportation, 40 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 minutes by taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  5 minutes by taxi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Baby, a new modern poolside restaurant for traditional Mediterranean cuisine - approximately 60 seats. (Lunch 12.30 pm/3.00 p.m. - Dinner 7.30 pm/11.00 p.m.). Closed on Monday .
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
