 Dining
Baby is our new exclusive design restaurant featuring the Michelin-starred cuisine of Chef Alfonso Iaccarino, which combines the best of mediterranean tastes into his innovative style, to rediscover ancient flavours wisely preserved. Iaccarino's cuisine is based on the three principles of Mediterranean style, modernity and top quality raw ingredients. It is 'Mediterranean' since its origins are steeped in the culinary traditions of the Campania region, which the creativity of Iaccarino then freely interprets and modifies. It is 'modern' thank not only to the use of extra-virgin olive oil, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, and fresh fish or low-fat meats, but also to the use of the most up to date cooking technologies. However the essential building block of Iaccarino's cuisine is the research of the highest quality raw materials: for twenty years he has sought out artisan food producers of the South of Italy and he dedicated himself in producing his own fruits and vegetables - as well as extra virgin olive oil and lemon liqueur - on his six-hectare farm in Campania. Our wine cellar features a good selection of italian and french wines. (Lunch 12.30 pm/3.00 p.m. - Dinner 7.30 pm/11.00 p.m.). Closed on Monday. The Grill Room for casual dining. |
 Breakfast
A buffet breakfast in our Verde Room with panoramic view and verandas is served from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. Smoking and non-smoking sections are available. Breakfast can be served in the room until 12.00 p.m.
Bar
The Lounge Bar is open from 11.00 am to 1.00 am. Piano music from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. The Bar in our private garden is open from 11.00 am to 6.00 p.m. from June to September. Light meals can be served. |
 Outdoor Swimming Pool
The Aldrovandi Palace boasts one of the most beautiful outdoor swimming pools in all of Rome. Surrounded by the lush vegetation of our private park, one may tend to feel like they are in the tropics instead of the Eternal City. With its mild springs and hot summers, the usual tour of Rome can become unbearable. That is why many of our guests choose the Aldrovandi Palace - after a day of site seeing, one can spend their afternoon hours unwinding, either beneath the shade of a tree, soaking up the rays of the sun, or idly swimming at their leisure. Open from June to September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., one can also dine at the pool, enjoying light meals created by our Chefs. Whatever your tastes may be, the staff at the Aldrovandi Palace will give you that personal attention that you deserve. |
 Fitness Center
For the health-minded, the hotel has a Fitness Center, open from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Equipped with brand new state of the art machines and complete with locker-room facilities, the gym has been recently renovated to keep in line with the ever-changing needs of the fitness buff. |
 Conference and Banqueting Facilities
Special occasions and events can be held at the one hotel's eight conference and banquet halls, which can accommodate from 10 - 300 people. Whether it be professional seminar or private party, press conference or nuptials, the staff at the Aldrovandi Palace will cater to your individual needs and work with you to make the event just right. The professionals in our Conference & Banquet department will help you arrange your event from start to finish, depending on your requisites. Should you want the occasion catered, the Aldrovandi Palace offers many options. Should you require technical support, there is a fully furnished audio/visual department with state of the art equipment to help facilitate your event. |
 Eight elegant halls range in size and location. The Sala Cabrini, the largest in the hotel, is often used for large events such as weddings, seminars, press conferences, and fashion shows, holds up to 300 people. Private parties can also be held at the pretty Sala Verde, with its gorgeous view of the gardens, villas, and trees. A seated dinner can accommodate 180 people and a less formal buffet dinner can accommodate 270 standing. Other halls in the hotel can be set up either classroom style, theatre style, or U-shaped, depending on number of participants and the client's preference. The Conference & Banquet staff will advise and assist each step of the way, assuring perfect service and satisfaction. Working closely with Food & Beverage Management, original menus are created for the client; led by Chef Jean Luc Fruneau, the cuisine is always impeccable. A private parking lot, leading to the hotel rear entrance and all of the halls, is available for all guests, free of charge.
Transfer Service
Our concierge will arrange for transfer service both to and from the airport, as per your request. We also offer guests a complimentary hourly shuttle bus to and from Rome's shopping district. |
