• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. The check in is not guaranteed if you don't communicate us your arrival time. An appointment must be made unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the apartment and varies according to the number of persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has got 5 floors and the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and line are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioned is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a pubblic garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  No.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The apartment is in the middle beetwen Fiumicino and Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Corso Trieste there are many lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  P.zza Bologna line B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
