• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 9am until 8pm, Check Out before 8pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per appartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  There is o reception but we speek very good Italian, English, German, Spanish, catalan and a little french.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is only one romantic room.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, Linens and Towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Apartment do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment can be for non smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is one TV in livingroom with no International channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is a seasonal air conditioning in apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is a fast optical connection internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino airports are the nearest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Cavour is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is Rome main station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Colosseo stop, 2 minutes walk, once at he door of appartment walk left until you see a small metal bridge in front of you , cross it and you will see the underground stop sign "M".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
