- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We offer a continental breakfast with croissant, fruit juice, yoghurt, French toast, marmalade. We also provide American coffee or espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha) and hot tea. - Is heating included in the price?
Controlled heating and air-conditioning are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We are located at 4th floor and there is a lift, of course. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are both very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels), which are changed, according to the regional law, every 3 days. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
One of our rooms has a small terrace with a view of Olympic Stadium and Mount Mario, above it. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All of our faclities are entirely no-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
We provide TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, we do not have telephones in the rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All of our guest rooms are equipped with individual controlled air-conditioning, for both hot air, in winter, and cold, in summer, and are included in the rate of the room. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
We have a common space in the kitchen where all of our guests can have breakfast, further than in the room. The breakfast is buffet, and is prepared the night before, with no limit of time, in the morning. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we provide free high-speed access to the Internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking garage a few blocks away for a charge. - Where can we rent a car?
The closest is Hertz in Villa Borghese Parking Place (Spagna subway stop). - Which is the nearest airport?
There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) is 42 km away, and Ciampino is 36 km away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is right in front of the B&B itself. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest train station is Ferrovie Roma Nord, in Piazzale Flaminio, 5 minutes away by tram. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The closest subway stop is "Flaminio - Piazza del Popolo", at about 5 minutes away by tram. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, we do no accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is the kitchen room where we serve breakfast daily. Cooking, though, is not allowed. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, it is only possible to have Internet access with our PC in the common area.
