• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 12.30pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning, Internet Point, satellite tv, towels, blankets, alarm clock, hairdryer and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We offer a continental breakfast with croissant, fruit juice, yoghurt, French toast, marmalade. We also provide American coffee or espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha) and hot tea.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Temperature controlled heating and air-conditioning are included in the price, both for hot and cold air.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, Russian, Polish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located at ground floor - the building has 3 floors, anyway.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are both very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels), which are changed, according to the regional law, every 3 days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Being on ground floor we have a common terrace, a space where you can have breakfast in the milder months, from April till September.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our faclities are entirely no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We provide satellite TV, with a wide variety of channels for both Italian and foreign guests. We also offer free high-speed, wireless Internet access.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have telephones in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning, for both hot air, in winter, and cold, in summer, and are included in the rate of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a common space in the kitchen where all of our guests can have breakfast, further than in the room. The breakfast is buffet, and is prepared the night before, with no limit of time, in the morning. In milder season it is possible to have breakfast outside, in our ample terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide free high-speed, wireless access to the Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage a few blocks away, for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz agencies are located in Via delle Medaglie d'oro, Via Cadlolo (Hilton Hotel) and Via Gregorio VII (St. Peter's), all 3 less than 2 kms away. Europcar agencies are located in Via Cipro (very close to subway station "Cipro") and Via Cadlolo (Hilton Hotel), at walking distances.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) is 33 km away, and Ciampino is 34 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is right in front of the B&B itself.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, seven metro stops away, approximately 15 minute by subway.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The closest subway stop is "Cipro - Musei Vaticani", at about 100 meters away, 2 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym around at the end of the same street of the B&B. They do allow daily visitors for a small fee. We do not offer spa services.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, we do no accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a the kitchen room where we serve a buffet breakfast daily. Cooking, though, is not allowed.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, its is possibile to have Internet access with your notebook by wireless connection.
