• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 8.30am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per 4 persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast as we offer a self catering apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  There is an extra cost for electricity and air conditioning heat and cold.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be settled 15 days before arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is at the first floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The windows frames of all the rooms have double glass to ensure a quiet ambiance.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, cordless type.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the air conditioning heat and cold is available all over the year with an extra price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rental car offices near our apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (18 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport. The service is on demand and price depends on the number people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Corso Vittorio Emanuele, few meters far from the Affreschi Navona.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Spagna, about 1 km from our apartment. One bus can conduct you from the apartment to Spagna metro station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
