• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9.30am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. Breakfast self-catering in each room (tea/coffee facilities, juice, croissant, jam, honey).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, we are on the second floor and we do have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are very quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms (the studio-flat and the Suite 4 people) have private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. There is a satellite TV in each room (flat LCD monitor 17"-19").
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is AC in each room available during summertime (included in the price).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have (available only in the morning).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking place is available nearby (extra cost on request).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino-Leonardo Da Vinci or Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have at an extra cost on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini or Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini or Cavour.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there's not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
