It is a beautiful place to stay, near to the subway and to the town, however the surroundings (the streets and the Terminal itself) are not the nicest part of Rome.

The best B&B I've ever saw, the bathroom was large and clean. The bedroom was cozy yet spacious and the receptionist very friendly.

We got picked up in the airport by Hassan - it was a very good service.

Having the possibility to use the kitchen at all hours was a plus, we travelled with a baby, so we used the kitchen for boiling water etc.
The lift was a bit narrow for our pram, but we guess, that the Italian standard....

Absolutely worth the money - very good accomodation - nice rooms, little kitchen, lovely staff - close to Termini station and the city.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. He had waited for us despite the fact we were 5 hours late which really impressed us. His English was excellent (because my Italian is quite basic) and he made us feel at home from the start.

The room was immaculate, spacious, and well equiped. The windows were double glazed and minimised noise from the street. The bathroom was modern, clean and re-stocked every day. The breakfast was perfect, the tabes and refridgerator were well stocked, and the breakfast room experience was like being at home.

Thre didn't seem to be a procedure for checking out, we just left the key at reception like other guests had done.

Aenas was a small, friendly, well-kept, modern b&b close to the train station. The room was excellent and well equiped/decorated, the facilities were modern and spacious, and and the staff were very welcoming. In all, it was like having the best comforts of home while on holiday, I would recommend it to anyone and will be going back.

Only Problem with arrivals was waiting for
the TERRAVISION bus, I think the Airlines
sell too many tickets and we missed the bus
we wanted, but we only had to wait 15 minutes
for the next one, so i would use the service
again

pleasantly suprised that it was not as bad as some comments suggested, all in all an excellent loctation for exploring the sites on foot

Do not be fooled by 1st sight of the area, if
you can get past your perception of Graffiti,
and the seemingly death defying pedestrian crossing for the price you pay and if you like walking it is an ideal location for discovering ROME

As our flight did not arrive until midnight the ownwers arranged to have us collected from the airport (for 70 euros) well worth the extra cost!

Very close to the bus/train stations and therefore practical for travelling to different parts of Rome - but sites within walking distance - for the fit!!
The area around the B&B / station reported to be a little 'dodgy' but we had no problems walking around the area
Would definately use this accomodation again

The main improvement would be a sign outside the outer door with 'Aenea B&B' instead of just a very small name tag on the door buzzer/intercom.

Federiaca and Hassan made us feel very welcome and gave us a map of the city to help us throughout our stay. The B&B is lovely and clean with all the facilites anyone could possible want. There is even an umbrella stand by the door with several complimentary umbrellas for use by the guests should you need them!

Lovely, clean B&B within easy walking distance of the Termini in Rome. Rooms are tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. Double glazed windows with outer shutters ensured we didn't hear any noise from the street outside and had an uninterupted nights sleep!

we were all very impressed with the quality of accommodation. Pictures were true. Outside of building did make us wonder when we arrived. very impressed.

May need some mention of gloomy street accommodation is in - but so different inside. The outside is really what you expect from near the station

Outside could be scarry on night time - men sat on steps. Inside wonderful, clean and staff friendly. Rooms really special in a bed & breakfast

They shoul specify that the sistem they use is diferent than in a traditional hotel. There is no staff in the hotel all the time, in fact we only saw one person the day we checked in. This is not bad, but it was a sorprise.

It is a very nice hotel. Do not surprise yourself with the outside appearance.

The accommodation was wonderful. The room vas very clean and nicely decorated. The washroom was a little on the small side but sufficient. Great location near the train station and within walking distance to all major attractions in central rome. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly reccomend the bed and breakfast.

I'll only say that if I ever come back to Rome I'll stay at Aenea's B&B. It's in the center, a few minutes walk from the train and bus station. It's very new, the decoration is great, the breakfast was incredible (quantity and quality) and the owners are very friendly.

It was a little hard finding the B&B at night as the street wasn't lit, but our arrival felt so special and we felt like we were right at home!

Owners of bed and breakfast do not live in the building, so you must notify them ahead of time when you will be arriving.

Pretty, fairly new rooms in a clean bed and breakfast apartment. The location is very close to the train station, but not necessarily in a safe part of town. The owners of the bed and breakfast were very friendly, but they are not available beyond the initial check-in and payment.

Rooms were furnished very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The street was noisy with the windows opened, but closing them effectively blocked all of the outside noise.

It was only a few short blocks away from the train/metro, so sightseeing was easy. I would not have been comfortable walking around the neighborhood outside alone after dark, however.

we didn't like at all the neibourhood.we had a serious problem with the keys regarding opening the main door of the building.

the hosts were most helpful considering our late arrival.Showing us long stay parking near the B&B also a good local restaurant. Only disappointment was and maybe this is a roman thing but the breakfast was poor.

The directions in web were all we had and they were bad. Also the street number was not in the directions and a B&B is almost impossible to find without a street number.

The woman who runs Aenea's was very nice and helpful. She kept contact with us prior to our stay and when we arrived she was very helpful and professional.

If B&B next to the station is what you are looking for, Aenea's is a nice and reliable place but difficult to find.

We arrived early so there was no-one to let us in, however when we returned at 2pm (the time I had informed them we hoped to arrive) we were warmly welcomed. We had just assumed someone would be in if we got there early. It didn't matter,as we found a cafe to sit and enjoy coffee!

stated as bed and breakfast, but could also say that no-one is present at meal times, it is completely self service, have to make own coffee, but all the food is laid out on the tables.

charming, somewhere we would recommend, but not to lone women as the men hanging around the bus stop and the front door could be intimidating to someone not very confident. But we didn't have any problems, they would move when asked to allow us access to the building.

The breakfast ins't the best in the world, have to make own coffee and no fresh breads. B&B is on the 4th floor of an old dodgy looking building.

Close the the main station wich helps for travel, but too far from where you everything is. Eating out close to the station is a no, have to travel and walk far to get a proper eatplace.

Clean and friende B & B. Worth the money. The only disadvantage is it's location - far away from the center of Rome and close to the railwaystation (a bit dirty and in the heart of 'China town'.)

One of the owners of the B&B was waiting on the street to greet us, which was a good thing given that there is no signage for the B&B (just a tiny sticker on the doorbell). A slightly better map or directions would be helpful.

There really wasn't an official 'check out' as we paid on arrival and simply had to leave the keys on the reception desk when we departed.

Although we weren't put off by the neighbourhood (we come from a large city), it might be disagreeable or frightening for women travelling alone. There are quite a number of homeless men who use the street, and the front stoop, for a hang-out because there is a soup kitchen across the road.

Don't be put off by the location - the rooms are great, so is breakfast, it's conveniently located and excellent value. And who knew that Rome had a Chinatown?

We were slightly later arriving that notified and were relieved that they were still there to receive us without complaint.

Very clean and tidy accommodation, nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was convenient for terminal but street was a little unpleasant and in the evening men gathered outside until a 'hostel' opposite opened.
