• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italia self service breakfast is included in price: juices, milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, marmelade, nutella, honey, butter, muesli, cornflakes, yogurts, biscuits.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, all of them fluently.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors. We are on the 4th floor and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. But there is a private garden (belongs only to the building) at the ground floor
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking, but you can smoke in the common areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have a colour television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air-conditioning in all rooms with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet point a few meters away from the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. There is a payment garage near the B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Termini Railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports are at about 30 min. by coach/train from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, ask our reception.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini Station - Piazza dei Cinquecento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini, both lines A and B. Few minutes walking from the apartment
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
