| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
Breakfast is included in the price. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
The balance is due cash upon arrival Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival as there is not a concierge night&day We require at reservation a deposit to be sent by PayPal(we will send you the details). Cancellation fees: More than 30 days notice: no charge 29 to 11 days notice: 50% charge of the reservation cost. 10 to 0 day notice (and no show): 100% charge of the reservation cost. Such charges will be made through credit card transactions.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
