We found the staff to be always polite and courteous. When we made enquiries about the buses, trains or places of interest we got very helpful information. Also because we don’t speak Italian we found it extra helpful that the staff spoke English.

The first impression was not good.The entrance to the hotel was very old and I think the lift sshould be changed.

The generaal aspect was worse than it was shown in the web site, but the room was rather confortable and the bath room very clean.

It is an hotel situated in a centric place, with an old aand bad apearaance but thee romms are situated in a reenioved area and are very clen and rather confortable

Arrived just after noon and was unsure to begin with if all was OK but seemed to be. Could not get room immediately so went and had room. Rooom did not have internet connection - we were not bothered just was advertised. Also was told aircon went off end of Sept. Was hot day and did not say this in details.

Was disappointed when saw outside of building as so many hotels and private residences all in one building. Communal lift was open and filthy! Reception was nothing like expected - small room off lobby! Communal areas bit run down. Room OK but basic - not like pictures on internet which looked quite luxurious. No shower curtain is this normal?

Absolutely no problem with staff who were very efficient. We were on 4th floor I think, severla floors above reception and had to ring bell to gain access. Breakfast was far better than we expected. Not sure if this is usual standard of Rome hotel. Noted that other hotels in same block were one and two star - we were three star but some receptions looked better!

OK to say in, great position but would not recommend as not the standard I was expecting for the money but perhaps this is the going rate. I hated the filthy lift which was shared with everyone so often could not get it! Hated mounting the stairs more!
