You are missing seats for your guests when joining the breakfast. Many of your guests have to wait for seats. Sometimes for more than 20 minuttes.

We have ordered limousine service. We asked the reception for confirmation, which we got twice. But when leaving the limousine service did not show up. The recption finally managed to get us a taxi to the airport, but it took more than half an hour.
This was very unsatisfying.

Car service was to meet us at airport on arrival. No one was around. We waited and searched and then we had a taxi arranged at the airport. We did not know how to contact the hotel from the airport. It would be helpful for foreign travelers to be given some hints on how to use the phones at the airport.

I did request a room change after checking in. All the hotel's generators were situated outside the room so I would not have been able to open the window without experiencing the dreadful noise made by these. The room, stated as double superior, was in fact more what I would call a single and it was overheated with no facility for turning down below 16 c, far too hot for me. Also, the cheap polyester pillows were decidedly not acceptable. The worst thing however, in my opinion, was the tinned fruit on the breakfast buffet - not even a good quality tinned fruit but the cheapest and meanest of tinned fruit. For a hotel which advertises itself as sophisticated and elegant this is quite unforgivable.
The location is probably the only reason I would consider staying here again.

I would like to comment on the excellent service I received regarding the booking of tickets for concers - absolutely superb with no extra charge.

a charge was made for 'communication service' which I queried as I had made no telephone calls, neither had I availed myself of the extortionate charge of 7 euros for internet use. I was told this was for a video on the 20th. As I did not check-in until the 23rd I refused to pay this.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is so convenient for ancient Rome, and a 15 minute walk from St. Peters too. Loved the whole experience.

Our stay at Hotel Adriano was wonderful! The location couldn't be beat, the folks were very pleasant and helpful, and the rooms lovely and spacious, even for 4 people staying in one room! Breakfast was yummy too. We'd recommend and stay there anytime we're in Rome!

The hotel was undergoing renovation, but was otherwise clean and quiet in the areas that weren't under construction.
Staff were always perfectly polite and very helpful.
The rooms are not particularly spacious, but they are nice. If it was up to me, I would trade the bidet in the bathroom for a somewhat larger shower area.
Telephone connection wasn't very good. I was rarely able to maintain an internet connection to my computer.

Arriving with a car was very difficult, and directions provided over the phone with the hotel staff were very insufficient. The number and arrangement of one-way streets caused us to circle around the area for over 1 hour until we finally found a way in to the hotel. Very specific turn-by-turn directions are needed.

We have stayed at Hotel Adriano three times now to watch Italy play Wales in the RBS six nations . and would definitly recomend it. The staff are curteous and polite and nothing is too much trouble. The recent refurbishments have been carried out to a high standard and the public areas are stylish, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast is just right and plentiful. The area that the hotel is situated in is central for everywhere and felt very safe. Rome is a fantastic place to visit and we hope to be back soon, back at the Adriano. A big thank you to Bernardo for his help.

We were given a warm welcome and our triple room was upgraded to a suite.We were shown to our room and tha additional bed was made up shortly after our arrival.

Everyone at Hotel Adriano was extremely competent and very polite. They helped us get to the hotel from the airport with their shuttle,with directions to Antiqua Ostia, with faxes and any number of requests. Our stay there was a delight and we would stay there again. Thank you all very much.

The hotel was very, very helpful in terms of arranging a driver to pick us up at the airport. This made our arrival so easy. There was a taxi strike in progress when it came time for us to leave, and they still managed to find us a driver to take us back to the airport. We have two young children, so this was much easier (and more economical) than taking the metro to the train station, then a train to the airport.

Extremely convenient location, beautifully decorated, gracious, quiet, elegant without ever being stuffy. The hotel staff was always kind to us and to our two young children. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff in the breakfast room always friendly and helpful. This is a fabulous hotel to stay in with children, because the rooms are large, the staff is so friendly, and it is so easy to walk to many, many sites (Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Ara Pacis, St. Peter's, Trevi Fountain...)

The hotel had arranged a car and driver to pick us up at the hotel. It was very nice to be met at the airport and not have to think at all. It would probably have been very difficult to find the hotel in the maze of little streets.

Maybe I missed it on the website, but I didn't realize that the hotel was off a little street. I understood it to be off a busier street. I got lost a few times trying to find the hotel. But after I finally figured the area out, it wasn't very hard to find. The flags above the doors help a lot...haha.

Our room was NOT spacious! Pictures of the rooms on the web site appeared to be much larger than the one we stayed in. The rooms were very clean and had been updated with nice amenities, but still were quite small.

There was very loud construction work outside our window starting at 6am. We talked to the front desk and they never followed back up with us but on the 3rd morning they didn't start as early.

The hotel is currently under construction. Half of the hotel is under renovation. (I didn't ask, but it looks like they're installing central air throughout the building.) The work occurs strictly in the daytime (including Saturday), and it did not bother us at all. But if you want to sleep in, you might be bothered by it. You might call and inquire about when it will be completed; our visit was around the beginning of May 2005.

It was a good hotel in a prime location. The location is pretty much the same distance from Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, and the Vatican, so most everything is within easy reach. The bathroom was small, and the hotel could not provide an iron, but the room was clean and the street is quiet. The hotel was able to provide a hair drier. For a hotel at its location it is fairly priced. The staff was always friendly and was very helpful in calling restaurants and cabs for us.

We were slightly disappointed in the breakfast - on the first morning there was very little food left when went down at 9am - on the third morning our room service breakfast was missing items. We didn't complain to the hotel though as we didn't want to make a fuss. Otherwise, the food itself when we got it was lovely.

We found the location of the hotel ideal. We walked everywhere; to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, the Forum, and of course to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were uneven. We had one room with a newly renovated bathroom and the other with an old drain-in-the-floor shower. The elevator location is unfortunate because it dominates the lobby. We would stay again and ask for renovated rooms.
