• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have little balcony
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialing telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, is available but there is an extra charge to pay.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many different places ask at the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" and Ciampino Airport are at the same distance (at least 40 min by car).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange transportation from and to the airport with a private company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Nicosia or Via del Corso.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Termini" central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Spagna" Line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
