Good en suite room and VERY basic breakfast within easy reach of Colosseum, Metro and bus (there's a bus stop right outside the hotel). The price of about €95 a night was worth it for the location.

Because we do not speak Italian, it was difficult for us to communicate with the gentleman at the desk in the evenings. That made it difficult to receive help; however, everyone was friendly. The room was HUGE! It was clean and private. While the hotel was quiet, it's located on a busy street. Sleeping with the windows open was difficult because of the street noise.

The breakfast that was included with the stay only included rolls and coffee. It was nice to have something, but wasn't much of a breakfast.

A little chaotic trying to find the correct bus from Termini Station to Hotel Adas.

There was only one slight problem in that we were told the room would be ready at 12.00pm but when we arrived at the hotel at 12 we were told the room was not ready yet so we had to wait until 2pm before we could unpack etc although we were permitted to leave our bags in the hotel until the room was ready.

The staff were helpful and the room, although small-which we expected, was clean and the furniture was in good condition.

Small hotel, very centrally located and conveinient for all the sights of Rome. Good value for its location. Small rooms but clean and well-kept. Simple breakfast. Friendly staff-reception open 24hours.

Budget-hotel in the very centre of Rome.
Rooms were clean and OK.
Breakfast however was very small.
We got a room just next to the reception : noisy!
Conclusion : fine low budget hotel for persons who spend all of their time in the city, and do not need a complete breakfast.
