• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are located from the 2nd to the 6th floor. The lift only reaches the 5th floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are romantic and specially those overlooking the courtyard are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and it has an additional cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have and agreement with a parking nearby with extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby there is a car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino can be both easily reached.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but this service has an additional cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Less that 100 metres away the buses N.75 and N.84 have their stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line B stop Cavour is only 200 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
