| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Use of air conditioning costs EUR 10,00 per night. Pets are admitted free of charge.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs EUR 5,00 per person, per day. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

| Check In / Check Out Time | |
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after midday. The reception is open from 6 a.m to 10 p.m. Later arrivals must be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. |
