- At what time can we check-in and out?
During working days check-in from 3pm, check-out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Continental self service breakfast is included. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Payment is in cash only upon arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, some French and some Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The B&B is at the 5th floor, the top floor, and there is the elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The 2 bedrooms are quiet, private and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not but there are gardens and open courtyards in the park of the complex. It is possible to go up the roof terrace with Lia, to see Rome's skyline. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not but they have windows that overlook a quiet wide open courtyard with trees. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, our rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
No, there is not. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. There is central heating in winter and electric fans in summer. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is the breakfast room where sometimes it is possible to dine too, especially when 2 couples of friends reserve both bedrooms. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not, but there is a swimming pool open in Summer in a sporting club located close by. You have to pay admittance fee. - Is parking or garage available?
Free parking 10 minutes far from us. Free parking down the street on Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise hourly fee from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Private garage at extra cost available. - Where can we rent a car?
At the airport, at the station or at Villa Borghese parking. - Which is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino and Ciampino are at about the same distance (25-30 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
It can be arranged upon request (extra cost). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is "Vignola" (bus n. 910 running also from the railway station), 100 meters far from us. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini railway station (1,5 km). - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Nearest underground stop is "Flaminio" (line A). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
If they are quiet, yes of course! But they can only stay in the bedroom and they could meet Lia's 2 dogs when they cross the hall to go out. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
