Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. The shuttle service to Fiumicino airport is not included in the price; details on request. Use of the Internet Point is included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Payment is in cash only, on the same day of arrival or the day after. In case of no show we will charge the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

| Check In / Check Out Time | |
Check-in: rooms are available after 3.30 p.m. always on appointment. Luggage can be left in the B&B before checking in, on request. There is not a 24-hour reception service. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the estimated time of arrival a few days in advance and always communicate late arrivals.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. |
