 The part of the attic reserved to B&B is inside Lia's newly refurbished apartment and the entrance is in common, but guests can keep their own privacy anyway. The B&B is made up of 2 not huge but comfortable double bed bedrooms, also single use, each one with private en-suite bathroom and hairdrier, and of a breakfast room by the entrance. It is not possible to separate the double bed in 2 twins beds. Linen and towels are provided and changed at any guests' change and once a week for long-term stays. |
 The bedrooms are similar but one has wooden floor and bathroom with bath-tub, and the other bedroom has tiles floor and ensuite bathroom with shower. Each piece of furniture has been chosen with particular care of details and aesthetic sense, with comfort in mind. There is central heating in winter and electric fans in summer. A gas boiler provides continuous running hot water for shower. The view from the bedrooms' windows is over a quiet wide open courtyard with gardens with trees and a cedar of Lebanon in the middle. |
