• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Swedish and Greek.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 buildings on the floor, we are on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are quiet, romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

  No, but there is a breakfast room.

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, near the B&B there are several pay-to-park garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please ask our staff.

  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
