I was a guest in the same room few years ago and it was in bettwer conditions.
During this stay I found abandoned trays with left over of room service in the main floors, the new parking service system is not up to hotel standard and it do not have a warm and wellcoming entrance to the main hotel through the lifts.
I booked the room for 2 persons and at arrival the toilet lenen was only set for 1 person, after I remarked the little problem to the receptionist, the extra linen where just dropped on a chair in the room and not placed accordingly.
Please take my comments in a constructive way to enable you to offer always a better quality to your guests.
I am not a company or a business stay guest I am a private person that in the past 2 years stayed in your property for at least 15 nights in total, most of them in the picasso suite.
I would say at the moment the price to quality are not fair, in my opinion you have dedicated more your efforts to the restaurant and left aside a bit what is the real hotel operation.

it is a very nice and cousy hotel, with a total modern style with a touch of classy, located in an accessible area of the city.

Rooms obviously weren't as big as expected, but that I found all over Italy. Was tight w/ two adults & two kids. Had adjacent twin beds for wife and I, not the most romantic;-)
Room was very cool though.

The taxi driver from the airport had to make many phone calls to find the address and when he looked for the hotel on his GPS, it was not there...

I had asked about internet access and was told that it was available, but was not told that I had to pay 10 euro/day for use, on top of the already high rate that the hotel charges. I asked for a normal chair for my room and this was never provided...

Nice, but a bit pricey. Not the greatest of neighborhoods, but okay
