Great place, very clean, very central but I wouldn't call it a breakfast... I understand it is hard to have & keep fresh muffins or croissant but it was not very tasty , fruits would be nice.. cappuchino was great because italians knows how to !!

The manager appeared to think we were turning up at 16.00 - He was not available when we turned up at 14.00. We waited until 16.00 when he turned up despite calling him at 14.00.

We had a very pleasant stay at 94 rooms though we felt this could have been much improved by some simple actions.
Firstly, the breakfast offered by this hotel is poor given the small number of rooms. This could be improved by offering guests freshly baked croissants/pastries (perhaps bought at the cafe down the road). Also fresh juice could be purchased from Cafe Ruberto and offered. This would not cost very much at all and would be a substantial improvement on what was offered. A further improvement would be to have had the rooms cleaned (and the towels/sheets changed) once a day (or two). This was not done at all during our stay for 4 days. We had to request a spare toilet role, milk for the tea, spare sheets etc.....
In addition we filled in a customer satisfacton survey - stating the above - to 'Marco' the manager of 94 rooms. Having said that he was very helpful and polite.
We probably would stay there again but would take our own breakfast at Cafe Ruberto. We would also look elsewhere.
I thought the hotel looked better than on the website photos.

The location of this personal, little hotel was good close to Vaticano wall and Metro station. There was no name-plate of the hotel outside of the building. It is important to give exact arriving time or to phone to hotel owner if you come different time or after noon.
Safety and privacy of the hotel was excellent.
