  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you want.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Elementary English and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and there is no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Really quiet, private and romantic rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there are no terraces.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    One of the bedrooms has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in every room.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There are cell phones at our guests' disposal on request. There is also a direct dialling telephone but it is located in the hall and not in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and it is included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is an internet point nearby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, 10 meter from B&B.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask at the reception desk for further informations.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Ciampino or Fiumicino are both outside the city centre but both can be easily reached by public transport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Tritone/Fontana di Trevi, 50 meters from B&B.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest underground is 200 metres away and it is Barberini.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but the area is plenty of nice restaurants.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
