- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We offer a welcome package for breakfast only for long stays (min. 7 days). - Is heating included in the price?
Yes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?

Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 floors, the apartment is set on the top and there is a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes,the apartment is very quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, we do have a spacious terrace adorned by roses and jasmine and provided with garden furniture. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
You can dine in the kitche or in the beautiful terrace. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
