• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the rates.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 5th floor with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our B&B is new and the rooms are quiet, private and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have, but almost all rooms overlook the street and the Opera House.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a plasma TV colur with 42 inch, with satellite international channels, satellite radio (free selection of movies and music) in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, free of charge, with remote control.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is the a nice lounge where you may have an aperitif or you may eat, but there is not service it is self-service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Termini Railway Station. Ask directly to the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci)in Rome (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have: a Mercedes private car service is available on request. If you need the pick up service please let us know when booking.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is very close on Via Nazionale, 1 minute on foot from the B&B .
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Central Station 3 minutes on foot from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Repubblica 1 minute on foot from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there is a Special shower with Hydrodynamic massage in your room.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are very sorry, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there are many typical roman restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, using wi-fi connection that you have free in the B&B.
