Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuto il 50% dell'intero importo. Si informa che deve essere comunicato l'orario di arrivo per garantire il check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge 50% of the total booking amount. Please note that you need to communicate your arrival time in order to have a smooth check-in. we don't accept credit card payment at our B&B but only payment in cash.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
