Massimiliano was very good, providing me with maps, information about the supermarket, local good value restaurants, key locking system to the apartment. Very good first impression. He was only nearby so had we needed anything he would have been available.

The nice personal touches are what made it so very different from staing in a hotel or bed and breakfast. The accomodation was extremely good value for money and at such short notice I was pleasantly surprised at the apartment. I am going to use this site again and have already recommended it to friends.

The apartment is the right size for 4-5 people. The furniture is very modern and everything is clean.
I think the shower could do with a bit of an update.
There is a marquee at the back of the property belonging to the restaurant downstairs which when you are sitting on the balcony can be seen and heard but it didn't spoil our stay. The location is fantastic, close to Vatican but in a nice residential street with phone boxes across the street, bars just below and on the corner and a few restaurants.
Please note that the Metro Linea A will not bring you back after 10pm at night. We got stuck in the centre of Rome but because I speak Italian I found out there was a bus, MA01 or MA02 which goes from Stazione Termini to the Via del Milizie where you have to have sharp eyes and a good memory to know where to get off. But we arrived 'home' safely. While we were there we called it home because it felt like that!

I would most definitely recommend it. It is central, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished very modernly and has everything you need. We cooked a few meals whilst there and the kitchen had everything, olive oil, salt, pans etc. The breakfast food was nice and the provision of milk, water and juice is a nice touch.
