• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is included in the price, during all seasons.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are private parkings (10-20 euros per night).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There a lot of bus-stops in the nearby, for instance number 30 or 70.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Railway Station easily reachable by the Metro Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Metro line A, stop "Ottaviano-San Pietro", 300 metres from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but you may cook by yourself in our kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
