• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 12.30pm until midnight, Check Out before 10.30am.
  For check-in after midnight or for particular requests please contact us in advance. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room and includes taxes and service.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken English, Italian and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has six floor and it is served by one lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are sound-proof. We have romantic rooms with beautiful view and with a quiet, elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the bright rooms on the 1st floor are provided with a balcony which invites you to see and observe Italian street life.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV (LCD) flat screen.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in each room and it is included in the seasonal prices.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we can offer free WI-FI connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private parking is located very close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car/scooter/bikes rental is provided at the hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are 2 airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA). Both are about 35 km from our Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Pick up service from the airport to the hotel is available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We have a lot of bus stops near us, to reach the most important place to see in the down town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Ottaviano /S. Pietro just 50 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, your little cat or dog is welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. There is free WI-FI connection in our hotel.
